Excellent service. Simon turned up at the confirmed time and started to carry out the 3 repairs that were required. Also, cleaned up after each repair was completed. I would definitely recommend Simon for any central heating and boiler issue. Thank you for completing the repairs.

Simon completed some work for us this week. He was vey knowledgeable and completed the work to a high standard. He was also extremely tidy - apart from the new radiators you couldn’t tell that he had been! Communication prior to the job was excellent and we felt completely comfortable having him in the house. We will definitely be using him again and have already recommended him to others!

Simon recently did a gas safety certificate for us. He fitted us in at short notice was very reasonably priced and a really nice guy. Highly recommend
Simon came today to service my warm air gas hearing system & I happened to mention being let down by a couple of plumbers who never bothered to attend to fit a new kitchen tap so Simon did it for me while he was here. Could not have chosen a better company , than challenger , to replace our old back boiler with a new condensing combi boiler system. Simon gave us an accurate itemised quotation and all work was completed to a very high standard. All rubbish was removed and all of the areas worked in were left very clean and tidy. I found Simon through a recommendation on a local group. I have used his services twice. First time for repair of my thermostat/heating and second time for boiler/radiator service. He's professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Both the times I have had a great experience. He provides a high quality service with an affordable and transparent pricing. Simon fitted a new radiator in the hallway. He also repaired our boiler and replaced an old radiator. What a brilliant job. He was thorough and tidy and I am delighted with his work. I’ve since booked him in to do more work for us. Would certainly recommend.

Replacement of boiler and service of heating system
"I'd booked challenger to replace the boiler but asked for replacement radiator and minor fix to other. Challenger arrived on time and new boiler was installed in less than day. At end of day, they installed the flushing chemicals into the system. Next day, they came back to check and register the installation, which activated the extended warranty. Before leaving, to they completed the flushing of the rads before refilling the system, with inhibitor addition. Overall, very impressed. Little or no mess in the house despite having the lift floorboards to install the new radiator."
