"I'd booked challenger to replace the boiler but asked for replacement radiator and minor fix to other. Challenger arrived on time and new boiler was installed in less than day. At end of day, they installed the flushing chemicals into the system. Next day, they came back to check and register the installation, which activated the extended warranty. Before leaving, to they completed the flushing of the rads before refilling the system, with inhibitor addition. Overall, very impressed. Little or no mess in the house despite having the lift floorboards to install the new radiator."
