How long does a boiler installation take?
Most standard boiler installations are completed within 1 day. If it’s a more complex job (like converting to a combi), it may take a little longer but we’ll always explain the timeline clearly before we start.
Will I be without heating and hot water?
In most cases, you’ll only be without heating and hot water during the day of installation. We work efficiently to keep disruption to a minimum and get everything back up and running as quickly as possible.
Will there be any hidden costs?
No. We agree a fixed price before any work begins, and we don’t carry out additional work without your approval. What we quote is what you pay.
What happens if something goes wrong after installation?
You’re fully protected. Your boiler comes with a manufacturer’s warranty (up to 12 years), and as a local company, we’re always on hand if you need us with our 24 month workmanship warranty
How do I know I’m choosing the right boiler?
We’ll guide you through your options based on your home, usage, and budget. You’ll get clear, honest advice—not just what’s easiest for us to install.
Will my home be left clean and tidy?
Absolutely. We treat your home with respect—using shoe covers, dust sheets, and cleaning up thoroughly after the job is complete.

Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes, we are fully Gas Safe registered, which means all work is carried out safely and to the highest standards. All of our engineers have completed boiler manufacturer training You’ll also receive all relevant building regulations certification on completion.
